About Us

We are a boutique law firm based in Brisbane that helps clients resolve their disputes and meet their compliance obligations

We help clients resolve their business, financialinsolvency and

government disputes and to put in place procedures to avoid those disputes in the first place

Our firm is built on two simple goals:

To provide our clients with the same comprehensive service regardless of the size of their dispute or the nature of their compliance problem.

To provide our clients with the same comprehensive service regardless of the size of their business, their professional firm or the nature of their private client matter

We collaborate with our clients, working closely with them to achieve the right outcomes. We seek to be clear in all that we do so our clients can quickly get across complex issues. We also plan each matter setting out the steps to be taken and associated costs

We work with our clients to get the right results. Tasks are often completed jointly with the client to ensure client input and to reduce costs

We advise on complex issues clearly and concisely, setting out all your options so you can decide how best to resolve your dispute or address your compliance risk

We plan ahead, setting out the tasks to be completed and each step to reach the required solution. We also estimate the costs for each stage of the matter
